I'm Harshil Doshi, a Mumbai-based automation and business advisory consultant. I help businesses across India replace manual work with simple, reliable systems.
How it started
I started on the business and finance side, founding Vrihit Consultancy and working closely with manufacturers and MSMEs. Visiting offices month after month, I saw the same thing everywhere: capable teams losing hours to manual work. Bills typed twice. Spreadsheets that broke. Follow-ups that slipped.
So I started building the fixes myself. Because I understand how a business actually runs, the tools fit your people and your process, instead of forcing you to change for the software.
What I believe
- Simple beats fancy. A tool your team actually uses is worth more than a powerful one they avoid.
- Your data stays yours. Wherever possible, tools run offline on your own computer.
- Built around your team. I work with Excel, TallyPrime and the tools you already have.
- Support after handover. A tool is only finished when your team is comfortable with it.
